Hauora is a fitness and wellbeing studio based in the heart of Auckland CBD. At Hauora, we believe that health isn't limited to an individuals performance or fitness level, but their overall connection to their body and mind. We founded Hauora Wellbeing Studio to help our community strengthen their connection with their wellbeing identity.
Our focus is to nurture, develop and grow our whānau through education and awareness. We give you all the tools and resources you need to take leadership of your own wellbeing haerenga (journey).
We offer an array of group movement classes, ranging from HIIT, weightlifting, handstands, calisthenics, suspension training, cross-conditioning, mobility and flexibility sessions.
Mind & heart
We make sure that everyone feels a part of our whānau by creating a safe space for vulnerability, growth and aroha. Our coaches cater to all abilities, to ensure you are fully supported on this journey.

At Hauora, we believe mental stimulation is just as important as physical movement, which is why we offer an array of skill-based classes in conjunction with our functional training classes to maximise your body and mind's potential when working out.
