Mission

Each month at the studio we will focus on a movement or skill. All classes will be contributing to you achieving that skill.

If you will want we will also test you before and after to keep track of progress. 

HOW DO I JOIN? 

All you need to do is sign up for a membership/trial come to class, we will do the rest!
