About the Event
Together, we will learn the values of the eight limb path of Ashtanga yoga and the foundations for Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on Asana. Asana (posture) practice will explore correct alignment, breath-work, and pace of practice, giving members the foundational tools for home practice. Asana will be followed by a guided meditation, providing meditation techniques for quietening the mind and harnessing the power of gratitude attitude.
The session will last 75 minutes, followed by a complimentary coffee and kōrero with other members of the community. Let's unwind together, and strengthen our connection with our mind, body and soul.
