As a special thank you to our Tāmaki Makaurau whānau, we are hosting a monthly yoga and guided meditation session, free for all! You will be in safe hands, with our instructor, Maria who will guide you through a gentle and nurturing Asana and meditation session for you to reconnect with your hauora.

About the Event

Together, we will learn the values of the eight limb path of Ashtanga yoga and the foundations for Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on Asana. Asana (posture) practice will explore correct alignment, breath-work, and pace of practice, giving members the foundational tools for home practice. Asana will be followed by a guided meditation, providing meditation techniques for quietening the mind and harnessing the power of gratitude attitude.

The session will last 75 minutes, followed by a complimentary coffee and kōrero with other members of the community. Let's unwind together, and strengthen our connection with our mind, body and soul.
