Join your coach, Heather for 30 minutes of mat-based core exercises and sprint training! In this session, we focus on all aspects of your core; abdominals, hip flexors & lower back.

About the Event

Heather will take you through a series of muscle-activating exercises to improve your core endurance and tone your muscles. All ages and abilities are welcome. There is parking available by the Cricket Club and under the ByPass Bridge - Keep an eye out for our flags! 

We will be following strict guidelines due to the current restrictions, please adhere to the 2m social distancing rule at all times.
