Join us for our koha outdoor bootcamp series! Your coach will take you through a series of bodyweight and light weight exercises to raise the heart rate and get you sweating! All ages and abilities are welcome!
We will be following strict guidelines due to the current restrictions, please adhere to the 2m social distancing rule at all times.
