This workshop is scheduled for October, so stay tuned for further updates!
Our Weightlifting workshop will run for 3 hours, and cover everything from the basics to the complexities of Olympic Lifting. We will break down the skills into bite-sized drills to go through as a group, followed by half an hour of 'play-time' to practice your lifts and seek personalised guidance from your coach.
