Bayley Garnham

Health and wellbeing for me is the number one focus, I understand it is not always at the forefront of our minds but I'm here to help you find a healthy balance whilst training towards your fitness goals.

I have six years’ experience in training and competing at a national level in Olympic weightlifting, so I know what it takes to get the best results. I’ve been working with North Shore Swimming as a Strength & Conditioning coach since 2020. This combined with my own experience in training for competition, I am capable of supporting anyone training for
events, competitions and those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

heather reed


Whilst originally from England, Heather moved to New Zealand to pursue a career in the fitness industry. She has a diverse background in personal training, group exercise classes, injury prevention, rehabilitation and holistic health and wellbeing.

Heather’s classes encompass resistance training, HIIT, and strength and conditioning. Her passion lies in helping others improve their overall quality of life through fitness and nutrition. Her extensive knowledge of conventional and non-conventional nutrition allows her to tailor the best programming, specific to individual needs.

Aleksandra Brzezinska

Aleks has been working within the fitness industry for over 5 years now. She has coached gymnastics, pole dancing, flexibility and group classes such as balance, HIIT and core.


Aside from teaching classes all over Europe she has also a big passion for working one-on-one to bring personalised coaching that caters to your goals. Whether you want to learn splits, squats, handstands lose weight or correct your posture and technique, Aleks has heaps of experience and many good “Aleks jokes” for you.


She also strongly believes that there is nothing like “too late” in life! We can never rewind the clock so the best thing we can do is to start now! Here at Hauora you will meet Aleks when attending Flexibility, Mobility, Suspension fitness and HIIT.

ridma chandrasekara

I believe that moving the body in any capacity is so important for maintaining a healthy mind and body!


I have competed in several Powerlifting competitions, and recently placed first in my under 120kg division at the 2021 Powerlifting Champs. Competitive sport is so much fun, but I also believe that working out does not have to be competitive to reap all the benefits!

Whilst studying Nutrition, Ridma worked with all ages and abilities at the YMCA, holding both group classes and 1-1 training sessions. 

You can meet Ridma on Thursday mornings at Hauora, coaching 'Power Hour' and 'Werk-it!'. His classes cover the foundations of powerlifting, combined with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
