Studio Manager

Aleks has been working within the fitness industry for over 5 years now. She has coached gymnastics, pole dancing, flexibility and group classes such as balance, HIIT and core.


Aside from teaching classes all over Europe she has also a big passion for working one-on-one to bring personalised coaching that caters to your goals. Whether you want to learn splits, squats, handstands lose weight or correct your posture and technique, Aleks has heaps of experience and many good “Aleks jokes” for you.


She also strongly believes that there is nothing like “too late” in life! We can never rewind the clock so the best thing we can do is to start now! Come along and chat with Aleks on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings!

Aleksandra Brzezinska

Whilst raised in England, Heather moved to New Zealand to reconnect with her whakapapa. She has a diverse background in personal training, group exercise classes, injury prevention, rehabilitation and holistic health and wellbeing.

Heather’s classes encompass resistance training, HIIT, and strength and conditioning. Her passion lies in helping others improve their overall quality of life in alignment with Te Whare Tapa Whā, through fitness, nutrition and health coaching.


Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Recreation
Majors: Exercise Science & Nutrition and Sport & Exercise Science

Heather is currently studying to become a Certified Holistic & Performance Nutrition Coach (HPN1 combined Health/Nutrition Coach & Sports Nutrition Specialist)

kayla atkins-gordine


Kayla is a catalyst in merging and embodying the space in between indigenous and western worlds. Her unique upbringing, speaking Te Reo Māori has shaped her worldview through two contrasting perspectives and has nurtured a deep connection to both our land and people, the seen and the unseen.


She has immersed herself in a variety of embodiment practices and shares her soul's expression through her voice and vibration as an artist, singer and songwriter of both English and Māori Waiata (songs). Her energy is shared through her business, Āwhina Wellness, as a Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga, Sound and Meditation teacher, as a source of inspiration to help others embark on the journey of self-enquiry, truth, love, creativity and authentic expression.

Ivan (vanya) Essin


Ivan is multi-platform performer with a deep love of teaching. He is a multi-award winning burlesque dancer, circus aerialist, fire dancer, stunt fighter, theatre and film actor. He has been doing circus acrobatic and aerials for over a decade and has since trained at the majority of the circus studios in Auckland whilst training dance, martial arts and acting technique.


As a group fitness instructor, Ivan uses a combination of mobility, handstands, calisthenics and Zoo Movement in his classes. As a Personal Trainer, he has a strong focus on prehabilitation and flexibility to ensure that the joints are strengthened, and that injury is avoided. Though he does not shy away from pushing hard when the time is right!


His teaching style comes from a fusion of his experiences in yoga, martial arts, dance, circus training and calisthenics.
