Welcome to Robins fitness world, a place where fitness meets fun and education.


As a strength and conditioning coach also qualified in Boxing, Kettlebells, TRX, Animal flow and Personalised Health along with a Diploma in Sports and Recreation, Robin combines 8+ years of personal training and group coaching experience to help you realise your true physical, mental and emotional potential.

You can meet Robin on the floor during early-morning Open Gym, and coaching our evening classes on Monday and Tuesdays.

Aleks has been working within the fitness industry for over 5 years now. She has coached gymnastics, pole dancing, flexibility and group classes such as balance, HIIT and core.


Aside from teaching classes all over Europe she has also a big passion for working one-on-one to bring personalised coaching that caters to your goals. Whether you want to learn splits, squats, handstands lose weight or correct your posture and technique, Aleks has heaps of experience and many good “Aleks jokes” for you.


She also strongly believes that there is nothing like “too late” in life! We can never rewind the clock so the best thing we can do is to start now! Here at Hauora you will meet Aleks when attending Flexibility, Mobility, Suspension fitness and HIIT.

Aleksandra Brzezinska

heather reed

Whilst raised in England, Heather moved to New Zealand to reconnect with her whakapapa. She has a diverse background in personal training, group exercise classes, injury prevention, rehabilitation and holistic health and wellbeing.

Heather’s classes encompass resistance training, HIIT, and strength and conditioning. Her passion lies in helping others improve their overall quality of life in alignment with Te Whare Tapa Whā, through fitness, nutrition and health coaching.


Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Recreation
Majors: Exercise Science & Nutrition and Sport & Exercise Science

Heather is currently studying to become a Certified Holistic & Performance Nutrition Coach (HPN1 combined Health/Nutrition Coach & Sports Nutrition Specialist)

ridma chandrasekara

I believe that moving the body in any capacity is so important for maintaining a healthy mind and body!


I have competed in several Powerlifting competitions, and recently placed first in my under 120kg division at the 2021 Powerlifting Champs. Competitive sport is so much fun, but I also believe that working out does not have to be competitive to reap all the benefits!

Whilst studying Nutrition, Ridma worked with all ages and abilities at the YMCA, holding both group classes and 1-1 training sessions.
